Please let us choose our own takeoff and landing runways (ATC)

I already created a voting thread for changes to the flightplanner. While not exactly asking atc for different runways as many have pointed out if you had the ability to change via the flightplanner without it reshuffling every waypoint you could make it work.

Prevent the flight planner from reshuffling the plan after adding or changing a runway, approach, SID or STAR

Can we please for the love of all things get rid of the flightplan reshuffle when adding or changing these? The whole flightplan gets completely redone when changing something as simple as the runway. Makes importing 3rd party plans a nightmare especially with the ATC not giving your approach until 5 miles out and the Nav system wanting to fly you back to the waypoint before the transition.
