The only number I get when I open my order is labeled SKU. This number did not work as an activation key. I’ve logged in multiple times and never get anything different.
You should have an email from them with the download link correct?
Beside thst should be License Code.
Is the License code the same thing as activation key? Because I tried it and it didn’t work

I just went and looked and mine is now missing. They are still working on the back end so this may be a result.

I believe (can’t verify) but believe those two keys are the same. Mine failed to activate the first couple of times and then when the page came back up it worked.
But again, I can’t be 100% they are the same at this point.
Your thoughts on this rendition would be appreciated…I was toying with waiting for the 8…but after your comments..the 7 will be fine.
I’m a GA pilot IRL…so obviously, zero experience in regard to this aircraft.

I have the activation key but when I put it in the launcher it says “Your user information could not be validated.” Also wanted to confirm the activation code is the “license code” right? “XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX”
Yes, but they are having issues with their back end systems which also affects the validation / verification. You’ll have to wait until that is sorted out / back online.

It took me around an hour from purchase to get the link and download the plane. They did a GREAT job on it. I highly recommend taking some time with the manual before taking off, especially when it comes to flight planning and the FMC.
Once you have it, pick up liveries from their app interface. They look amazing.

Lets hope PMDG sells a lot of copies so they can consider reducing the price for 3rd world countries. Usually, these products are completely out of our payable price range. Any clue if they are gonna sell the plane in the in-game’s store? We have diferential prices there, (thanks MS).

For the download OPS it isn’t opening?
Anyone else having issues with liveries downloaded from the OPS not showing in the sim? I downloaded both United and Delta liveries with no problem but none of the Southwest liveries will show in the sim.

I’m sure they’ve sold a lot, but they’ve managed to send me a dummy download email with no URL attached to the download link. It’s been over 4 hours since I paid them $70 for a dummy email and no product! The same has happened to many others. I’ve no doubt it’ll be sorted out eventually, but I’m not impressed in the slightest!
[ Managed to access the download 7 hours after ordering in the end. Hope they sorted the process for others! Pleased with the aircraft despite the debacle of the purchasing system.]

the money PMDG charge you would think they have a better system in place. They new the hype building up to the 737 so this was to expected. Not a very good first impression for those new to the flight sim market with MSFS 2020.
@MaxiARG4147 i read an article that said it would be going onto the marketplace however it did not say when.

Well, I’m also calling in the day.
It’s been 4.5 hours since I purchased the 737. Like many I read there were problems with the amount of orders which is understandable.
One hour ago I received the mail containing the registration code and a link to the download page (which isn’t working).
Scrolling through PMDG’s latest news on the forum, the solution would be to sign in on my account, click on orders and there should be a green download button (or a link to the next download page).
I didn’t see a green button so I followed the advice to disable my blockers. I logged out and in again. But again no green button. This means no download, let alone a validation- or registration option.
I think it’s useless to scroll through all the forum discussions right now and think it’s better to wait until there is a clear description about the steps to take.
