Will that happen in SU 4?
My Simulator doesn’t start anymore after installing the SU4 update.
I’ve tried to delete the rolling cache, create a new Community folder, disabling anything in the exe.xml which isn’t important.
I always got the following error message in the Event Viewer.

By chance I found out, that by deleting the UserCfg.opt the game started without any issues.

If i may, in French “Training” is “Entrainement” and not “Formation”… Formation is, to me, not representing what you want to say here….

Am I hallucinating or is navigating the sim much snappier with SU4? I just went to free flight, opened the aircraft selection, filtered the aircraft selection, went back, …. everything was almost instantaneous. It’s a small thing but I really like that.

I don’t understand the forum setting.
I have the “News” category tagged as “tracking”. This should actively inform me about any new post in that category.
Yet it was neither under “new” posts or “latest” posts and there was no “notification” about the release of SU4.
I had to find out by seeing people talking about it in other categories and navigate myself through the forum categories to find this post.
I am observing this buggy behaviour of the forum for quite some time now and would kindly ask, if this will be fixed ever.

of all days, of course i chose today to disassemble my flightstick, i put it back together in a hurry and now i have spare bits on the table.. meh.. who needs those!

Initial - core - update went smoothly. But for those folks who have downloaded a lot of the streamed items it seems this update will re-download the items vs doing an update. Just checking is this by design ? in 2020, updates were incremental. Seems these ones are full re-download for the most part? See Screenshots attached.

“Left brake axis” is not working on the TB V1 Flightstick. only right brake axis is working, which is making things… difficult.
“Engine autstop” also does not work on the TB V1 Flightstick.
My goodness, it’s so nice to see so many more players out there flying now.
Unfortunately you still can’t see them on the world map unless you load into a flight then pause and end flight and go back to world view.
Lot of people around Los Angeles right now though. It’s beautiful.

I practically fly only helicopters in career and have no problems at all. From FlightSeeing over SAR to agricultural application. Having fun with it.

Where are the 90 aircraft fixes, I’ve only counted 14 aircraft in the release notes? I realize the release notes are not up to speed ie heavy certificate false communication, pls let us know if 70odd aircraft fixes are also missing?
