That is the same size as the Xbox/PC install with default 16GB of rolling cache, so again I believe you DO have rolling cache, you just can’t modify its size.
Being plugged in via ethernet with 2 gig speeds plays a major part in your sim performing well, some people (me) don’t have that unfortunately.
MSFS runs good on 50mbps and excellent on 175mbps. Gbps is not necessary (altho we all want it).
Btw, did anyone catch the prices of the 737 and 777? Same as Xbox?
Its was around 70$ for 737 and 55$ for triple 7
They’re $75 and $55 USD respectively from the PMDG website, so that makes sense.
If i remember correctly 737 - 240 Simvers coins and 777 - not sure 200 but don’t quote me
sorry I had to be a little different ![]()
Hi folks,
This topic has drifted way off topic from the original post. Please ensure that discussion within this thread remains specifically relevant to the discussion of 3rd party product availability on PlayStation 5 consoles.
Thanks
The MSFS Team
Is there a topic for playstation general discussions?
Also where can we talk about the A350 for playstation and when it will release for us?
I just started one ![]()
Thank you!
Just a quick update. There is no update ![]()
We have heard nothing since our aircraft were pulled from the PS5 store because something in the streaming did not work. We really hope this will be solved soon.

Thanks for keeping us informed ![]()
I will say on a light note at the disappointment I, possibly other community members and developers feel that no updates are given to the developers of their products especially if they are pulled from the marketplace.
Regardless of a streaming issue or if its an aircraft issue… Communication is essential for good business practices especially for consoles where marketplace content is thin
Man I wish there was something from the Asobo team about what happened this week re: the issues with the PMDG releases and the streaming difficulties. Any insight would help a ton in understanding the obstacles and the value in the solution, or an idea of how it’s being prioritized as I would imagine the solution will play a role in future releases from other developers.
Just to be pedantic, Asobo wouldn’t really offer such an update as they’ve got no involvement with the Marketplace - unless the issue itself was related to the core sim, Microsoft would be the ones with answers, theoretically.
I can only say that the communication on this specific issue was perfect on Microsoft’s part.

yeah, i hope so much too that inibuilds will bring A350/ 340 and maybe also 220 on the PS5. Additionally some airports.
Any updates on the PMDG items that were removed along with timescale of return?
I believe it’s been over a month since the ATR was pulled from PS5 marketplace, any updates?
Are there any further updates? Been waiting for over a week
Microsoft doesn’t care about the PS5 customer base and can’t even manage to communicate with us. We’re completely left in the dark and nobody over there cares how unhappy the community is.
I’ve been waiting eagerly for months for airports like SoFly’s Hannover (EDDV) and critical tools like ATG for a realistic flight experience, but absolutely nothing is happening. Look at what happened with the PMDG 737 or 777F – they were released, pulled shortly after, and that was it. Not a trace of transparency. Don’t get your hopes up anymore for third-party stuff on the PS5, nothing worth mentioning is going to come from official channels.
