Ive read the room thank you but i prefer to be a little more rational and use my brain to find my own solutions rather than join the mob mentality baying for blood… It seems the growing number of positive remarks on my initial post also reflects “the room”.

Even if everything was working perfectly for everyone the same chronic complainers who basically repeat the same comments several times a day would find something to complain about…lol\

We get communication when Asobo gets back from the holiday…people complain.

We get a patch today that addressed a regression from the previous patch…people complain.

We get more communication today and people are complaining. It’s really sad some can’t have a little patience and wait for more patches and SU1.

Granted the sim was released in a bad state. I am not blaming Asobo for that. The past can not be changed. Only the future.

That “10 hours” is meaningless for a refund as long as you contact them via the right channel, at least if you have the store version. I refunded after close to two weeks after having preordered months before.

Reading the room I would say there are a few very angry people but most are not. In this thread at least you have at least as many people saying it’s a sign of progress and an important fix for some as saying it’s an unacceptable betrayal of humanity…

Only with Steam because they’re silly. I assume you are… as mine was also 563 MB.

Is their work, if dont want work on christmas don’t release a game a few days before. Or don’t release a bugged game, stop defend others mistakes.

Why i should lost and not them?

I’m on Steam. Contacted them and they said the refund is not possible anymore.

Then file a dispute with your CC company or PP and move on.

Who is not angry is impatience…or sad,but 20 days without news is bad for us. ( but i know what u mean, is just a game , people who get mad about a game should have emotional weakness, nad i agree kkk )

Its their work … Exactly!!! their holidays are their personal… IF you don’t see it that way thats your problem … Im certainly not working during christmas to satisfy anyone since im not a doctor or nurse.
