If anyone is after the Airplane Flight Manual after much searching I found it here
Stendec341 I think posted a link way up above somewhere but for me it was invalid.
The POM can easily be found but I was looking for V speeds and not having much luck, the AFM seems to have it all.

Random (and probably silly) observation. I find myself flying this jet less than I would have expected due to the limited view from the cockpit. Not sure if it’s that bad in RL but those thick frames and the small side windows really restrict visibility and I do enjoy looking at the scenery during flight. I tried moving my POV around, nothing seems to really improve things.
I agree. I still love the HJ but I end up flying the little Vision SF50 a lot more than the HJ just because of the amazing view from the Vision cockpit.

I usually use the external Drone View for viewing scenery from most any aircraft. Understood that it’s not exactly “real life”, but it works. That said, yes, the H-Jet seems to have a smaller windshield area than others. I did have to do a fair amount of tweaking of my custom “landing view” to see the important instruments and the runway view out the window.
That said, the Vision Jet has an excellent external view. I flew it around the island of Kauai last week for that reason.

Flew this tonight for the first time in like four months. Lots of time in the A310, Vision Jet, Kodiak and Carenado Piper Archer, in the meantime.
Love:
-Still gotta manage the throttles for the whole flight, mostly, at least keep an eye on them. CSC mode notwithstanding.
-Being able to translate cockpit view right through windows, doors and walls to set custom camera views for outside the plane. This rules, camera is everything.
-Runs smooth, no matter what you put it through (Xbox Series X, latest beta)
Don’t Love:
-tuning the radio is cumbersome; small radio display and left hand flight computer is slow to respond on frequency changes (latency between button inputs and visual indication) while the right hand computer seems to respond faster.
-Default views are pretty bad. Changing the default “Reset Cockpit View” camera was very helpful. Mapping other custom views around the Garmins and throttles made for a much improved flight

Seems I need to search default camera setting and how to alter them. I knew you could (cause youtube content creators) but as yet don’t know how. The whole camera settings section in the sim is so huge and bewildering.

It’ll change your world. Dive into settings like “VFR Pilot” camera (this will change the default camera that shows when you RESET COCKPIT VIEW. I’ve mapped custom camera to (shift+1, shift+2, etc), and you can switch between those cameras just by pressing 1, 2, etc.

Fact flight sim on monitor is bad, I use this in VR and it is fine, perhaps if you have some sort of tracking it would help.
And with regards to IRL if you go on YouTube you get your answer 
it is not much of a sightseeing GA aircraft nor a jet the owner would fly (seen the cost this is for the ultra rich).

Is there a trick to getting the windshield deicing working? All the systems are on, but the windshield will not clear. Haven’t done a whole lot of flying in icing conditions up until now.
