Please also make sure that you are on the latest release, V1.0.2, as we had an issue with the scaling of this potentiometer on initial release.
On the topic of CFD, MH60 uses a custom-developed FM instead of a CFD solution. This allows us to implement a full autopilot and SAS system, among other things.
1: Any kind of update or timeline for marketplace release of the mission planner for MSFS24? No rush, just curious.
2: This one is more of a request for future updates: Would it be possible to add careflight style missions to the mission planner in the future? Something like a major car crash on the freeway in a rural area where you need to pick up the patient then fly them to a hospital? And other style of medical evacuations of that style?
We are unable to provide a release timeline. There have been several issues with the way FS24 handles files across marketplace, which makes the experience on Mission Hub very inconsistent. Sometimes fails to load assets and even entire blocks of code, which is just unacceptable and breaks the product.
We suspect may have something to do with Streaming, though fully downloading doesn’t seem to solve the issues. We continue working on this, and have escalated it to Microsoft for investigation.
Due to yesterday’s Marketplace delay (unrelated to our content), we’ve decided to make the MH-60 Livery Pack for both MSFS 2020 and 2024 available on our website today. We expect the Marketplace release to go live with the next Marketplace update.
I am about to buy this helicopter, I have read that it messes with Garmin 1000, autopilot, when selecting approach to an airport, it effects the Garmin from being able to select it and activate it. Can anyone confirm this occurs or does not, I don’t want to have conflicts with aircraft.
No it was on a live broadcast with some guys flying it, and chat box discussion was talking about it, The helicopter looked really good. Im getting it now.
