Take my money! This will be a great addition to the Juice Goose. Bring on more offroad vehicles!

Amazing! Can’t wait to go head-to-head in a race against the Juice Goose’s!
I wonder which will be faster?

What would be REALLY cool is if you could jump into this wherever you land… I mean “summon it” (Knight Rider style) when in Avatar Walking mode. So you could do ad-hoc exploring whilst on a regular flight if you spot a cool place to race or want to get around faster than the “running” (== faster walking) allows.

Is there any chance? A toolbar ‘app’ that lets you swap to this, then jump back to your plane when you are done? If anyone can wrestle that into working it’s you guys

Project Crosskart is less of a competitor to the Juice Goose and definitely in it’s own breed of ground vehicles…

It will boast a modified Suzuki GSX-R-1300 Hayabusa engine! This vehicle will not be used for relaxing driving and geared toward action and drifting at high speeds.

This is our inspiration for Project Crosskart:

Looks cool. I especially love how bouncy the suspension is. I might pass on this one because I prefer flying, but I hope whatever bush plane you guys make next will have some nice bouncy gear! It makes the plane feel alive

I can’t believe this is a Flight Simulator…

Honestly I never saw the appeal of the non plane vehicles, particularly in 2020(the ground is just best viewed from a distance in any pre-2024 flight sim), but ok this does look pretty cool and in 2024 exploring the ground could be kinda fun.

Still not for me, but Snowrunner isn’t good enough for me for an off road sim. Luckily I live in Central Oregon and can do the real thing 10 minutes from my house

I’m late to the game on this announcement but love seeing the work the Got Friends team are doing here. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have a massive open world where the simulator just simulates the physical world, opening up the possibility for a “sim of sims” all under one roof. That would be very cool. Excited for this one.

I can’t wait to get my hands on this

Project Crosskart – From Dream to Reality
The Final Stretch

First and foremost, we just want to say thank you—seriously. Watching this project evolve from a crazy idea into a fully realized experience has been an incredible ride, and none of it would be possible without your enthusiasm, patience, and support.

What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into something much bigger: a high-speed, off-road adrenaline machine built to push the limits of what’s possible in Microsoft Flight Simulator. We wanted to create more than just another ground vehicle—we wanted something that feels alive, something that you can truly make your own.

The Road to Release

Like any big project, the journey has had its twists and turns. Crafting a vehicle like this—one that handles realistically, feels responsive, and delivers a thrill ride worthy of the Got Friends name—meant throwing out the rulebook and starting from scratch.

We didn’t just tweak Asobo’s default physics; we built our own. We didn’t just slap in some heavy coding; we optimized it for performance. We didn’t just add multiplayer; we made sure every player can customize their ride and see each other’s changes in real-time.

Now, after months of development, we’re in the final half of Beta—which means we’re on the home stretch.

What Makes Project Crosskart Special?

From the very beginning, we wanted this to be more than just a simple vehicle. We wanted it to roar, to tear through the dirt, to fly past the competition with nitrous boost. And we wanted you to feel every bit of it. Project Crosskart is built for Rally Exploration and off-road adrenaline, designed to push the limits of what a ground vehicle can do in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Every rev of the Hayabusa 1300cc engine delivers raw power, every gear shift locks you into the perfect rhythm, and every blast of nitrous sends you rocketing forward, leaving nothing but dust in your wake. Whether you’re drifting through tight turns, soaring over rugged hills, or pushing top speeds on the flats, Project Crosskart is built to handle it all.

But it’s not just about speed—it’s about freedom.

With custom ground physics, fully interactive multiplayer customization, and plug-and-play compatibility with controllers, HOTAS setups, and full racing rigs, this isn’t just another add-on—it’s a true ground level experience, built from scratch for those who crave the rush of the ride.

So buckle up, hit the throttle, and get ready—because this ride is just getting started.

Under the Hood

:gear: Gears: 6-Gear Automatic Drive

:dashing_away: Nitrous Boost: 1 Gallon—because sometimes, speed isn’t enough

Make It Your Own

We believe that customization is key, which is why we’re launching with a workshop system that lets you fine-tune your ride.

:hammer_and_wrench: Workshop: Customize your vehicle and tire traction

The Final Countdown

As we fine-tune the last details, we can already picture the moment when Project Crosskart launches on PC and Xbox in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and MSFS 2024.

For just $9.99, you’ll be able to grab it through our website or the in-game Marketplace (as soon as it opens).

We’re almost there. We can feel it.

To everyone who has followed this journey—thank you. For your support, your feedback, and your patience. We can’t wait to share this with you.

The world is vast, the adventure is endless, and the ride is almost here.
