Nice workarround.
It doesn’t work with the streamed and downloaded Version. The relevant files are encryped. Copying the the plane from MSFS 2020 to 2024 didn’t work as well. I tried it with the community folder and Official 2020
Hello, thank you for your reply. Indeed, the workaround prevents the loading screen from appearing, but the airplane doesn’t work; the screen is frozen and won’t turn on.

No, it is not a native FS2024 yet, but it works very well in FS2024.

I have tried to find a conclusive answer but couldn’t. Can I make the P2012 work consistently in MSFS2024? Some say Yay, some say nay. Tried copying it over but that does not work. Saw something about a work-around, but the next reply there was that it didn’t work.

I tried the workaround. The plane is loading, I can start the engine but the propellers are not turning, but I can fly it.
The worst problem is, that the instrument screens stay black and I haven’t found out how to turn them on.
Just saw the video for the V2 but there’s something odd, in the FSS and Aerosoft websites it’s described as “Career Mode ready” but I can’t find it on sale on the Marketplace, just at Aerosoft. AFAIK, it needs to be acquired in the Marketplace to be used in Career Mode.
It says it will be available in a couple of weeks in the Marketplace. So it’s either an honest mistake or misleading product information that will lead people to buy from Aerosoft to later find out they can’t fly it in Career Mode 
Yea it was not too bad. Above average I’d say. Not anywhere near the best but good enough and rather unique style. I’d probably go for a 24 native.

I installed it from the FSS website. I had it in 2020 as well.
It handles very well. However, on my 2nd flight the flightplan loaded, you could see all waypoints if you hit FPL on the MFD, but there was no magenta line on the MFD, until I activated the procedure. Very strange. Maybe a fluke? I’ll report again after another flight.
One other oddity is that, twice) upon taking off, the plane tilted to the right, left wheel off the ground and I barely got up in the air. Again, I’ll report if it was not a fluke.
I do like the simplicity in startup, handling, etc. It’s a dual prop that isn’t very complex. Like others have said, it’s not the best or deepest, but very good- assuming these oddities do not repeat.
Will the P2006T updated as well? That’s the one I have and care for, not the glass cockpit version.
