Reno Air Races RPM settings

Sorry, we always race very close (I only fly unlimited) I fly from the cockpit and most of the time can’t see my opponent.
One of the races that I lost to you last month was due to a collision near the pole and a respawn cutting it, just like the race I won you yesterday.
I confessed and opened cheats for time trail but always perform races without any cheat.
I’m a re-retired man since last week, probably I’ll have more time to practice.

MODERATOR EDIT:
I also don’t mean gaco 057 or others where you have been driving for a long time, there are currently names that you had never heard of before, where you are two seconds ahead per lap at once.
This is very extraordinary and looks like cheats to me.
Flying with you is always a great honor for me.

Sincerely,

MODERATOR EDIT:
Hi Nice,

I haven’t read anything about cheats yet. So changes in the system files. But there are a few things that Microsoft makes accessible to everyone. For example, in the time trial before the start pylon, go into the descent and activate the “Active Break”. Then the image stops but the speed goes up. So you have more speed at the beginning. This is not only the case with RENO, but also with normal flights. Conversely, when you go on the climb, the speed decreases. Which leads to the stall after a long break.
Another is the reduction of the volume of cartridges. Little fuel, less weight. But this is also the case in real races. You just have to be careful that the fuel doesn’t become all
But the best result is still achieved by practicing, practicing, practicing. The shortest path from pylon to pylon is not always the fastest. Smooth flight with as few changes in altitude as possible and little G-forces in the curves.

Greetings
Flightlevelzero

Hallo Nice,

von Cheats habe ich noch nichts gelesen. Also Änderungen in den Systemdateien.
Wenigen Sprit, weniger Gewicht.

Flightlevelzero

Is it a german forum now ?

in English with Google Translator

How else is it feasible to adjust the fuel? Unfortunately, MSFS RENO only works in flight :-/

Didn’t find a way to decrease fuel, but you can find a way to map a button to fill fuel in small steps, so it is possible to use active pause until fuel drops to 20% or so and refuel as you go.
Anyway, the low fuel/low weight technique isn’t really effective in time trails.

As can be perceived from my texts I’m not a native English speaker, nowadays auto translation is very good, and it enables even a third world inhabitant like me to talk and exchange experiences with people born in sophisticated societies. Lol

Nice races today, I still have to train more and learn to maintain focus, congrats!

Yes you are right, if it weren’t for your mistakes it would have been a very exciting race.
And yes, it makes little sense to reduce the amount of fuel. I also get the same time in the time trials.

Do you register there too?
Now that you are retired, you have plenty of time to train.

So please use it before posting.
Imagine everybody is posting with it’s own language.
How can you know what is interesting for you to read ?
If you want to communicate in german with some simmers, use PMs.
Thanks

MODERATOR EDIT:

Hello
In the time trial cheats are secondary for me but in the actual race where you actually thought that was not possible, that makes me very sad. I also concentrated on the time trial yesterday and pushed myself up from 9th to 6th place in the T6. Will concentrate the next few days at the Jet time trial to win against Flightlevelzero.:crazy_face:
Signed up yesterday.
Sincerely,

Hallo,
Habe mich gestern angemeldet.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

We’ll see what the next update in August will bring to us crazy people at the Reno Air Race. Maybe the possibility to determine how much fuel we take with us or not to get any more minus points. But it is also quite possible that we have been forgotten again.

l don’t take pylons 7, 8 and 9 too tight anymore, got me further In the jet class .Thank you :+1:

It is now and always has been an international forum

Using the “less fuel” exploit doesn’t really work as more weight = more momentum. Lose momentum in a T-6 and you are out of the race

International forum yes, but not Babel tower.
English language should be used.
Some makes an effort, some others don’t.
It’s disrespectful to the reader.

Actually it is disrespectful to assume that everyone should speak your language. If you don’t speak their language, that is your problem
