FSX did that 14 years ago on ONE of the PCs of the time…
What a H U G E disappointment MSFS 2020 has been…

Obviously you don’t give the same importance to MSFS as I (and others) do…
It is not supposed to be a game, but rather a flight simulator…
And we waited 14 years for this disaster.
And of course I “play” with something else, with DCS of course…
A real flight simulator.

An update on the status of this would be nice. The status has been sitting at “Prototype” for the last several months. It’s set to be released in 2021 but it could be December of 2021 and that would be a long wait for us.

Microsobo’s silence about replay speaks volumes. I suspect they know that replay will mess up FPS and s crew up general stability so have decided not to say anything about it for the time being. Their tactics in general seem to run along these lines…

Nevertheless, I am more inclined to remain patient and “cautiously optimistic” that the developers will eventually crack this nut. It is such an essential part of the whole experience for us 'simmers and surely has high priority on their to-do list.
I have another bug that I also submitted back in August, that still remains. But frankly, I’d much prefer that they dedicate their time and efforts to the video replay issue that IMHO should be at or near their top-priority.

It appears there is a 3rd party already well down the development road for a replay function. There is a youtube video ‘REPLAY FOR MSFS2020: Record and replay your flights from all camera views I Flight Control Replay.’ The post is from Captain Mayday.
I have previously posted a link to the video but the post was deleted by moderators.
If this app appears to be as good as it looks, this could be an option for while we wait for MSFS incorporate it.
For example: FS Playground, it’s already in beta

Im a beta tester for the replay addon been released soon,its a very nice tool.
