[Server Outage] - Menu unresponsive since 9 August 2023

Yesterday all was fine, today I’m unable to interact with the sim menu at startup. Sometimes the menu becomes responsive again for a short moment. I have not changed anything since yesterday, all was fine. Now my menu is basically unresponsive, can’t do anything.

The same here, but it started just after Nvidia driver update…hmm?

Just came on the forums to see if anyone else is experiencing this. Internet was down this morning, and loaded the sim after it came up about an hour ago. Menu screen on map planning page would not show terrain resolution when scrolled in and then would freeze unfreeze ever 30 40 seconds. Had to task manager quit. Just rebooted computer, and loading time for sim was very long, with no splash screens. Am currently in the sim again and can report that the entire sim is freezing and unfreezing every 30 seconds to a minute and being reported as not responding in task manager. was working fine last night.

probably just a coincidence, I haven’t updated any drivers, running 536.23.

It still amazes me as this sim can become totally unusable due to, what it seems to be, servers issues.

No updates here. Worked an hour ago OK but now doesn’t load menus

managed to load into a flight, and the freezes continue, no bing textures loaded, my guess is this is a server issue.

See how servers dependant we are, can’t even use the sim offline, can’t even navigate through the menus.

Same, I don’t hink anyone would suppose that a menu being unresponsive is due to servers issues…

Makes total sense as my system is working otherwise. Hope things get worked out soon. Thanks, Hester40MT

Same issue (in France). I haven’t updated my NVIDIA drivers. No response in the menu or when launching a flight. MSFS is currently unplayable.

The sim loads, but slower than normal. Once in the world map, the sim freezes and the only way to exit is through the Task Manager. No click points are usable, scroll wheel does not work.

Same here! The menu freezes for lot of seconds, while world map doesnt even load Bing maps data. Eventually GPU drops to zero and the whole flightsim menu becomes unresponsive…Server issue?
