I agree, this better not be a result of the new “Thin Client”. I have been waiting over an hour for its very first startup. Have a 1 gig internet connection, 7800x3d, 3080ti and 64 Gb of DDR 5 memory

Same here, the second load is even longer than the first time around.
Not at my PC now. Had to go back to work.
But was something like: appdata/local/packages/Limitless-folder/LocalState/StreamedPackages
Millions are getting this sim! Be patient.

Agreed. It’s not internet speeds I’m running at 3gb download…
mine been stuck at 97% for about 45 mins
Same here… I’m not sure if I should alt+F4 and start over.
Glad I’m not the only one. Mine’s been at 97% for about 50 minutes. Don’t want to close and re-launch just in case it starts from scratch.
This is dragging my second time , when I did get in the sim there was only 6 planes pc high end with standard edition

They deffinitelly should have allowed for preload. Also, this proves Azure servers are garbage when it comes to gaming.

Had the sim been beta tested, this would have been identified.
In addition, they should have rolled it out over a 24 hour period.
Some poor decisions have been made.
Hopefully, the current issues will be corrected and we can get back to flying the new sim.

Complete failure period. User Experience is a 0 out of 10. Promised product is a 0.5 out of 10. Wasted 1.5 hours so far. Same situation is represented with the online Live streams right now.

I whole heartedly agree 100 percent this should have been tested beta tested and also should been pre downloaded. What a mess .

Mind you don’t get blocked or flamed for saying this. There are plenty of people here to defend Microsoft and Asobo on this. Its ruining a great game.
Looks like new posts are also now blocked. Microsoft and Asobo need to take a hard look at themselves. There is no way they didn’t see this coming.
