Extreme flickering and stuttering with Frame Generation Install, Performance & Graphics

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: a few minutes after starting a flight performance gets extremely bad and I have huge stutters and flickers when panning the camera. A video is attached below. It happens especially at bigger airports or 3rd party airports, which have more performance requirements obviously.
