I see the banner that SU3 is not deploying for some. I am affected. I just wanted to add that I’m using the MS Store version and the Check for Updates options is greyed out in the Xbox app.

There is no need to do an uninstall/reinstall to force the update. We have support staff working on the issue right now to get SU3 deployed to everyone.

Exited the Beta version…restarted the PC…downloaded from the MS Store. Unfortunately…that’s how it is.

I’ve also seen in some places that it is a gradual rollout, rather than to everyone at once, which makes sense in order to avoid server overload. I’d give it some time.
That’s not a good idea - as long as the new SU3 version is pending you’ll be reverted to SU2.
While the impact isn’t that big on MSFS 2024 it still means you’ll have to reload an unnecessary large amount of files whenever the public branch was updated.
Better is to stay enrolled to the Beta branch - as soon as the public branch was updated you’ll automatically also receive the new version.
I agree with you. Unfortunately, we are now vaccinated against these problems… let’s be optimistic.

This same issue happened when SU2 first was released. Steam knows how to organize things so that they function. Steam does not have a modern UI, but it works.

Yes, Steam users should be receiving the SU3 update normally. The current issue affects Xbox and PC (MS Store) players only. Our teams are currently working to resolve the issue so SU3 can be deployed successfully on all platforms.

I’m on Steam and still haven’t received the update - however, I am on the beta branch.
Do I first need to revert to the “main” branch? I’m loath to do so if it means I will be back on SU2 in the meantime since I have a terrible internet connection and will end up doing it twice once SU3 is available to me.
Edit: I’ve reverted back to main - let’s see what happens, will report back.
Edit 2: It was a 195Mb download reverting back from SU3 beta to the main branch, and looks like I’m on SU3 so good to go.
