No, but I didn’t see that in the video either. I saw a video showing a wind with a constant heading varying in speed rapidly. I can only comment on what I see.
Perhaps an earlier video demonstrates this 180 degree change in wind at 100kts?
The only time I’ve seen crazy wind changing rapidly, way higher than that was twice, when live weather got messed up. I saw at one point something like 1300kt winds reported at Grand Case. I took off from TNCM, and the wind increased rapidly until a few hundred feet up then I was thrown to the ground like a rag doll. I only have screen shots of it sadly, and no video. In 10 minutes the issue had been fixed. It was fun while it lasted. Oddly enough, the second time wasn’t a million miles from there, concentrated on Saba I think.
