Making another attempt here.
@asobo with the imminent release (I’d assume) of PMDG’s 737 liveries to the marketplace, can you PLEASE make the 777 liveries available on the marketplace as well? Or at least provide a statement what the hold up is about? Many people have spent a nice big lump of money on an airliner without airlines on it.

Probably worth waiting until the christmas holidays are over and waiting for the first release. Pretty sure pmdg said they had been submitted

Out of curiosity, sorry if it’s a silly question, do I need to purchase additional liveries for the 777-300? I’ve purchased it on the Xbox mp and it only has the PMDG house livery
Yes, unlike on Windows, where we can offer the liveries free of charge, this is not possible on Xbox as Microsoft does not allow free products on the Marketplace. We are not able to add them to the aircraft for legal reasons. It’s not a situation we are happy with, but until Microsoft changes this, there is will be the case.

Does Inibuilds have special dispensation then as they provided free liveries for the A340 initially on MP24.
Did we console users have a discounted price for the 777 due to only having the house livery while the windows users have access to free liveries?
I think PMDG have already provided us with more than enough information on this - and what’s more have tried their best to provide Xbox users with free liveries for 2024. They have been constrained by MS/Asobo policies -which seemingly were not applied in the same way to Inibuilds. On Xbox we do not have access to the PMDG Operations Centre that allows for the free download of liveries so we are totally dependent on MP - and so are PMDG.
Slap .50 cents on as a price.
I’ve seen livery packs slapped with discounts 80% off sale price, but they weren’t PMDG
If you can convince Microsoft to allow that, we would gladly do that.

I’m aware, safe to say that PMDG have done all they can and the ball lies with Asobo. My question was directed at them as well.
I will check on our internal status on Monday when everybody is back.

I’ve said it in the past but it bears repeating… if PMDG are as committed to as close to free as possible I do not understand why you do not, as many others do, release packs with a “sale” price on them from day one - there are instances of this every single week on the marketplace update, see attached images
I’ll buy the 777 when there are liveries available.
