Time Zones incorrect

There are a couple of reports related to incorrect UTC/time zone:

Sim time off by one hour

Brief description of the issue: After selecting a time of day in the world map, the time of day loaded into the sim is approximately 1 hour too early, e.g. selecting 9AM loads the simulator set to 8AM. Incorrect Live UTC Time after passing time zone line

Thank you for using the Bug section, using templates provided will greatly help the team reproducing the issue and ease the process of fixing it. Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? Time Bug: Time not synced to UTC

Do you have any add-ons in your Community folder? If yes, please remove and retest before posting. No. Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
