Twin engine aircraft recommendations?

I am currently flying the Asobo King Air. I really like it, but I really don’t like the fact that there are far more inop than operable switches in the Cockpit. I like the big screens, but they are not as nice as the screens in “my” Vision Jet. Are there any modern twin engine prop aircraft out there for msfs?
The Turbine Duke with a Glass Cockpit would have been great. I don’t like the hodge podge dash in that one. The rest looks fantastic and the system depth is probably second to none from what I can see.

I was just going to add. I really dislike the look of the DA-62. But yes, it does check quite a few boxes…

The DA42 is amazing but it’s a far cry from the King Air in terms of speed, ceiling, range and operations.

I was going to recommend the Black Square mod for the King Air but then I read that you want a glass cockpit. I’m out of ideas.

For all I know there are no good options with a Glass Cockpit. The Turbine Duke is top of my list if I need to skip the GC. I have flown the DC-3 with the same GPS/Autopilot, so I can spend some time to learn it, but I do find it a bit hard to operate. I am not big into nostalgia. I just want to fly, not monitor 50 guages and read info on tiny screens with clunky controls.

Ceiling and range are not a big problem. Mostly fly VFR below 8000 feet, and rarely more than 400-500 nm. But I like speed, and using OnAir for operations I need some cargo capacity.

I don’t know if you need GA or not, but if GA is not needed, the ATR is nice, buggy, but nice. And better than the default King air.

Tecnam P2012? I don’t have it but I was just reading the thread about it here. Twin, Glass, does Cargo.

Was just about to say 2012

Ticks all the OPs boxes

That Tecnam looks interesting. I’ll check it out!

Tecnam 2006 or 2012?
Honda jet (made by the same team that made the vision jet), exactly what you need?

The default DA62 is great too!

The ATR 42/72 are just excellent for me, don’t mind the note on the marketplace it’s great, it’s just that at released it had many bugs

I don’t have it but apparently the embraer bandeirante is now very good since it was updated (but steam gauges).

I’ll check out the Tecnam 2012 and the ATRs.

Flying to a lot of small airfields so a jet is out. I have a Vision Jet btw.

ATRs can be a bit buggy still. They are also way less intuitive with all kinds of fictional click spots to counter awkwardly places buttons on the pedestal.

The Tecnam P2012 is really well done.

I’d say view some youtube videos about both to see which fits more what you need.

The default Baron G58 is pretty good too but I think you have to own the Premium Deluxe version or something like that so I don’t know if you have it.

I don’t agree on the ATR.
There are lots of videos on youtube made by a real ATR pilot “fly with magnar” and he says the plane is great.

The fictionnal clicks you are talking about is the screens being clickable just as shortcuts because the keys to move around the screens are in the middle of the pedestral.
But if you wish to use the buttons they are functionals.

I’ll put these in here:

I think the ATR will be overkill for my current OnAir gameplay, but at a later stage I will probably come back to it. The Fly with Magnar tutorials are really good.

For twin engines with a glass deck and cargo room, I can’t really think of anything other than the Tecnam pair. The P2012 is a little strange to fly with its FADEC controls, but the smaller P2006T MkII checks your stated requirements. It’s no speed demon, and your loads will be limited, but it gets the job done and is fun to fly.

If you’re willing to work with round gauges, then you can open up to something like the BN2 Islander, which will get more cargo delivered, and maybe a little faster.

I gave the Tecnam 2012 a go. Sunk money. Awful fps performance. Stutters galore. And so much smaller and slower than the King Air. Could have put up with that, trading speed and cargo for added system depth, but the stutters kills it. Takes for ever to fly any missions in OnAir. I’ll probably stick with the King Air and TBM, even with all the inop buttons and shallow depth.

There are two free enhancements on flightsim.to for the Asobo King air as shown below. One is the G1000, the other is the Collins ProLine (ala Citation CJ4). I’ve only tried the latter, and it’s quite good. It doesn’t fix the INOP switches but these both give you the glass.
