Starting up MSFS - unable to update because it says I have no internet connection - I am writing this post from the very same computer… I have internet connection and it is pretty fast.

I sent a ticket and they sent me instructions to check - but no solution so far, still getting the Lost Connection error.
Can you also send a ticket? Maybe it gets some attention then.
