A little background: A few years ago, I posted a video on here showing how I built a flight sim PC for my Dad, who served in the RAF for almost 40 years. Later I added a Meta Quest 3 to his setup, which made the experience even more immersive.
At the time I put my own upgrade plans on hold to focus on building the best PC I could for him, and I’m proud to say that it featured in the April 2023 update newsletter here (midway down the page).
However, over the last few months I’ve been gradually putting together a new PC for myself and have finally finished it. I wanted to share it here because Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 runs beautifully on it! Admittedly, I don’t get as much time for flight simming these days but when I do, it’s fantastic!
