ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

When in VR the mouse lags. On the screen it moves fine but in VR it freezes and lags. There was a similar issue with fs2020 but it appears it’s re-introduced now. The culprit is once again the Logitech Rudder pedals. If unplugged the mouse lag stops. There is no issue if you ESC and go to the settings or main menu. It’s only occurring in flight

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

Yes

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Always in VR once there is some input from the rudder pedals.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start a flight and go in VR
  2. While Logitech pedals are connected input something and mouse lag begins straight away and won’t stop until disconnecting the USB rudders.

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

What peripherals are currently plugged in, as well as your VR headset? Please name all of them as there could be a potential conflict.

X-56 HOTAS (Throttle + Stick)
Logitech Rudder Pedals
Meta Quest 2 (VR via Link cable to USB-C)
Mouse and keyboard.
(the HOTAS is plugged to a powered USB HUB. I tried moving the Logitech there as well but issue remained).

I experienced the same. Until (if) this gets looked into, setting up deadzones for both the rudder and toebrakes helped me work around this issue.

Are there any news about it? Same problem for me. What can i setup to fix this issue??

I think it doesn’t only happen with the Logitech rudders. I sometimes have the same problem, too. I replaced my rudders with Thrustmaster Pendular Rudders, though.

Since I have various controls connected, I haven’t been able to determine exactly which one is causing the problem… So, it’s not exactly reproducible for me. Sometimes it appears, sometimes not…

Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog
Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder
Logitech G Saitek Flight Throttle Quadrant
Honeycomb Alpha Flight Control Yoke
Virpil Rotor TCS Plus Base
Virpil SharKa-50 Collective Grip

Not using those rudder pedals but have the same issue both in 2020 and 2024. No amount of turning, dead zones etc has solved this.
