Just finished day 3 of SimVenture 2023. Tomorrow is the last day! One of my favorite and most rewarding sim experiences: a virtual fly-in to EAA AirVenture with the real Oshkosh controllers via the famous Fisk Arrival. For this year’s event I made a custom livery of my dad’s Long-EZ. I mounted my iPad with ForeFlight to my Honeycomb Bravo using the mount I actually fly with, and setup my controls to match the real plane as best as possible. I hope to fly this plane into the airshow for real next year.
