Does anyone know what happened to the ground crew marshallers that used to wave your plane into the parking spot? Also how come the small pushback carts have either NO operator or if there is one he’s facing AWAY from the plane and not looking where he’s pushing? It just looks silly.
I have no problem with the ground marshallers, but I also have no operators in the carts for a long time now. Guess it’s time for this to be fixed.

Weird, I have no marshallers, and empty push back carts is just dumb. Realism all around the parked aircraft until you order a push back..
