What would make MSFS "complete" for you?

PMDG 737 and MD-80 Fly the Maddog!

And I want to be able to buy highest quality offline terrain/scenery like OrbX England OrbX Australia and so on like it was for FSX because my internet is too slow to use any of these online services (plus I don´t want to be dependend on online services when flying, especially on fridays and the whole weekend the internet connection is very slow and even lowest resolution YouTube has problems).

Oh wait I have said this already 65756845678356234567656486758 times, well ehm… a program like Flight Sim 20 is never complete because it lives from a constant flow of highest quality payware add-ons like an elusive selection of study-level planes and interesting scenery to buy.
And having always something to look forward to is most important, like going for a walk with the “MD80 Maddog”.

A constant flow of high quality addons makes the Flight Sim 20 complete - because any state of “that´s it - nothing else will ever be released, patched, updated or enhanced!” would reduce Flight Sim 20 to abandonware.
That´s why there will never be one single aspect or one specific plane that would make this program complete forever…

Oh and FS20 was already complete in my opinion last year and I still hate to see that cool icing feature almost 99% removed and reduced to some tiny white spots on the propeller cone and on the slats even with minus 70° Celsius (-94° Fahrenheit for our American friends) in the Arctic areas… Bringing back the awesome icing would be a good start to bring FS20 back to full glory

Stability across updates

If only but the public beta isnt available to all.

Not sure what you mean:

“All players (MS Store, Xbox, and Steam) may now participate in the optional testing of this upcoming build”

Those of us who have the disk version cannot participate, you have to have bought the title digitally.

I honestly had no idea you could buy this on disc. You must have a lot of them

Yes, 9 of them in the standard edition. Of course when we just didn’t know that the update procedure would sometimes result in the entire sim having to be downloaded again. It really was in hindsight, a bad move getting them on disk.

With the risk of having to do a complete re-install again. No thanks.

It’s a fascinating phenomenon seeing so many people expend so much negative energy on this forum when a fix is just sitting there. Like spending a few minutes in the forum about the temperature spikes. Yikes! So much vitriol. So much resistance to just downloading the beta which so many of us have done and are now flying with those huge SU7 bugs fixed. More power to you, I guess. If complaining is more fun than downloading a fix, enjoy.

Participating in a beta isn’t a fix.

Ha! Fine. Call it what you want. The reality is I’m enjoying the sim again while others are either paralyzed by fear or just like complaining on anonymous forums about how awful everything is with real time weather, VR toolbar, world map navigation, and everything else SU7 mucked up.

There are some people who legitimately can’t take advantage of the fix/beta, as I learned about those who purchased on disc. The rest? No excuses to sit there miserable. Download and go fly!

Good for you, I’m glad using a beta version of MSFS is working for you. However, it’s not a fix, it’s not a patch, it’s a beta. And that shouldn’t be the answer to what was delivered to everyone with SU7. Neither should MS or Asobo have the mindset of this being a fix or a patch, because it’s not.

I will not participate in a beta, because I’m not a beta tester. And I’m not going to install a beta version on my Xbox. So with that said, I’m happy for those who think everything is fixed because they are participating in a beta and think because they are, everyone else should be. However, it’s not a fix, it’s a beta version of an update that hasn’t been released yet.

Until an official fix/update has been released, MSFS will sit idle on my Xbox while my sim rig enjoy’s a competitor’s software.

You could wake up tomorrow and find that 70% of your marketplace content is gone. You better wait and check back with us in 12 months when it’s safe

Just give me back my Mooney and the game is complete. And fix the Activate Approach bug so we can use the GTN750 properly.

  1. Make tools for 3rd party devs to better interface with the in-game weather system. This is the main reason why the FBW A32NX is lacking a weather radar right now.

  2. Unlock the files of the 787-10. The base A320 was bad but the base 787 imo is even worse, and Heavy Div has done as much as they can to improve it, but it is far, far behind the A32NX in terms of real-life features available.

I would like them to fix cockpit screen going out in then CTD for long flights

A real ATC and Ultimate Live Traffic

  1. Better airport traffic. Crowded tarmacs, planes moving all over, lines at runways.

  2. XP 11 VR system. The current controller support is awful. Just copy XP’s VR exactly as is.

I would appreciate it if DLC didn’t evaporate from my Xbox

Simply…
