When is FS24 patch #4 scheduled for?

There are tip & tricks for VR. For the toolbar, the trick is to go back to the settings screen and then the toolbar is back. works 100%. Same for the loss of mouse.

For the FPS, I am using the DLSS Auto + update of the config file to change the VR parameter to 1.5 instead of 1.0 and it solves 80% of the ghost stuff.

For the G1000 panel, apparently to push we need to hold the right button and then click otherwise the knob does not react.

For the EFB I have not found any tip & tricks to use it. It is non-functioning at all

Jorg said early 2025. Which is subjective. So don’t know.

I know, I live and work in Europe as well. So just put it in a public beta, then.

So we may not see real progress again until February? 3 months post release.

waiting on my airports to be enabled.

The last patch introduced a multitude of bugs including a massive one causing constant stutters at thousands of airports in the sim which means we can’t fly to these places. The bug has been logged, in fact it was logged before the patch released but the patch was pushed out anyway which is disappointing. But if you leave us without any hotfix, majority of us won’t be able to use the sim over the holidays, people getting new hardware, new PCs for the sim will be left in the dirt and companies within the flight sim community will suffer with people unable to use their airports. Don’t allow this to happen and push out a fix before we have to wait until the new year please.:folded_hands:

While I appreciate that they did NOT delay the last patch (patch 3) I am totally with you and would like so see another patch focused on performance (stuttering, VRAM, bad DX12 implementation) rather sooner than later.

My marketplace aircraft are all available, I had to go into my library and enable them. Scenery is not available however.

Pretty sure they won’t fix anything this year anymore. To busy getting ready for the holidays. Xbox has issues with Airliners. Guess we have to play other games until it’s fixed haha.

Inibuilds a330 is effected for sure

Late December is traditionally a dark time, since much of Asobo gets time off for the holiday. This is also many of their first major break since releasing the sim.

This is their scheduled vacation.

Don’t expect too much until January.

Yes, mine are available too
they just don’t work very well. All the Garmin units are the useless pre-WT ones, the lights don’t work, instrument colours all over the place
.

It literally is anything bigger than the PC-24. Airliners are causing major issues. If they fix that before the Christmas break then it’s possible we have a good running sim. I paid for airliners and simply do not enjoy even trying to fly them with the graphics issues they cause.

Are you on Xbox or PC?

Are any further patches planned or are we just waiting for sim updates now lol?

Did I miss something or are there really no more patches publically scheduled as of now?

They said next year

Turning our airports on from 2020 would be a good christmas present
each individual can disable the ones they dont want.

We simply do not know.

It looks like there might be one more patch in the works for early next year, but it might be lumped into SU1. :woman_shrugging:

Asobo likely will not release many more patches outside SU updates, but no official word on if they are done or not. Historically they only patch every week or so for the initial weeks after launch. Then they slow the patching process down for proper testing and QC for future SUs.

They need too

That issue after the last patch with some airports having really bad stuttering will not be addressed im guessing either as they claim it was fixed in that patch
