ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When using Hybrid as “Units of Measurement” when creating a weather custom preset, wind speed value seems to be converted to km/h instead of staying in kt

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- set “Units of Measurement” in Language to “Hybrid”
- go to Flight Conditions and create a custom preset based on the clear sky one (as an example)
- set the wind at ground level with a value of 20 kt
- save the custom preset
- select another weather preset and select back your custom one
- check the wind value, it now shows 38.88 kt (seems this value has been converted to km/h)
Correct value should show 20 kt as previously saved.
No issue with the US mode (saving the value in kt) and the metric one (saving the value in m/s)
Edit: there was a change in SU2 related to Hybrid so root cause could come from that:
