Same here, nothing to do. just wait to solve the problem on xbox. It is not the problem on our computers,
I have the same problem since this morning. Never happened before.
May have to do with this, in the XBOX app:
Maybe the server is down?
xbox is the problem. check xbox status and you will see that it is a problem. They are fixing it.
The Server just went down!

Personal Comments and Observations
Don’t try to launch the sim, outages like this service can contribute to loss of items such as your Controller Profile. Wait until the status is normal/restored.

This is the problem with all the cloud stuff. I paid for my game, I should be able to use it when I want.
Great advice if users log in every time, before starting that sim. Why are profiles being lost when there are outages? It’s such a poor system.
And how are we supposed to know this?
Are we supposed to go checking forums for posts about servers being down every time we try and launch?
I will be furious if I have lost all settings and profiles due to some server outages.

Gone through all troubleshooting recommendations! Please insert game disk??? Lately I’ve spent untold hours troubleshooting this application!

Same here. Rumours there’s a MAJOR worldwide outage with Xbox Live right now. I can’t even get past the logo screen. Been trying for over 30 minutes…

This is nuts! I am now spending more time trying to troubleshoot this app than ever in 4 years! Think about this constant problem before you purchase 2024!
Server issues, stuttering that was never a problem, and now “please insert disk”! 2024 will have to run on these servers?
