Personally I’m buying nothing until we see a clearer path towards the bugs being fixed. Marketplace or no Marketplace.
And I bet if MS released a LL or FF aircraft tomorrow 80% of the users or more would get it.
We who care are the minority. Unfortunately there is no competition for MSFS 2020 and 2024. We will not be able to change anything. It is what it is and we have to live with it.
We’d all get it the next 4 aircraft are free. 
Will it be the ‘next’ four or just any 4 of what’s coming up.
I read it as next 4 aircraft releases whatever they are. I guess we will know in time.
I’ve been an Xbox user since the original released in 2001 and my Xbox Network (née Xbox Live) account is as old as the service has existed.
I have watched Microsoft gobble up studios, close them down, layoff workers in the gaming industry, and reward all of us faithful Xbox users with botched release after release within this console generation.
I’m so nearly at the point of dumping Xbox, too, and heading to Sony — I’m certainly going to heavily consider it when the next console generation is here.
I’m seriously sick of their inability to do nearly anything right anymore. What a losing team.
I’ve just applied the latest update to DCS, so will probably be spending some time getting re-aquainted with the A10C, F-18 or F-16. Maybe all of the above.

At the moment my lasers are focused on Microsoft Game Studios.
Look at the top-left corner of this page: it’s Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. I don’t care which studio they’ve contracted, acquired, or outsourced for development—this product falls under Microsoft’s banner. The responsibility for this fiasco rests squarely on Microsoft’s shoulders, no one else’s. End of story.
I had all Xbox until Series X and bought a PS5 (last year). There really isn’t anything I want to play (other then then the Forza Horizon series) and with a pc and gamepass I can play on pc.
Microsoft is going down hill anyway with a lot of things, Windows, their apps, games. It looks like dumb ai took over a while ago.
Not that Playstation is the holy grail though, they have the worst customer service of all those gaming companies.

Microsoft needs to take notice. Something is seriously wrong here. It’s not just the many bugs, but the number of posts reporting their issues being closed as ‘won’t fix.’ This is absolutely unacceptable.
