6.12.0 is the version used to represent (I assume) static/traffic TBM-930
6.14.0 is the version you are flying
After having switched back from “installed” to “streamed” (and restarted the sim) issue is back for me. So there is a difference between those 2 ways aircraft is rendered into the sim.
I can reproduce, you should create a separate report.

first of all, thanks for the clarification about the two different version.
Regarding the stuck Window, I’ll create a new topic in the SU4 beta forum - I assume it is a SU4 issue (did you reproduced also with SU4 or is it a general bug 
)…
I am in the beta SU4 but I think the stuck window is not a regression and also exists in the live version. So you can create it in the Bug Reporting Hub > Aircraft & Systems category.
I did the same and tried to reproduce the issue, but I couldn’t at all. However, one thing comes to mind. the bright idea of streaming almost everything. Who benefits from it? Certainly not the user. And this one serves as a good example.
Stil one burning question remains, WHY still only „feedback logged“ ???
It is so beyond silly, all these issues being it plane LOD, clouds, weather, snow, vr, you name it, were, if not resolved but less buggy in fs2020 and then someone apparently though it would be a good idea to fork, i don’t know, fs2020 SU5-7 and base a „new“ fs2024 on it, with all the issues the sim then had. 
My recent experience is a bit strange.
The exhaust blur seemed to be fixed a few updates ago - no blur looking out ot the side window, and in exterior view just a bit of a blur around the exhaust pipe. I’m happy with this, though I would have preferred the slightly higher FS2020 level.
But several times, directly after a beta update (including 1.6.33), the blur is back as bad as ever. Restarting the flight does not remove it. However, restart the sim itself and the blur is gone again.
Not really a problem (as I’ve got out of the habit of using the Daher as my go-to aircraft), but a bit weird.
I would say that after sim update 4 the ridiculous exhaust effect on the TBM is actually now worse, especially on the right hand side, where it wasn’t that noticeable before, it is horrible now.
You really can’t see anything out of the right window now:
Can confirm: streaming this aircraft does not produce these excess exhaust fumes.
