Basically, the more gross weight, the more speed you’ll need to land smoothly.

This is the official chart for the F15-E’s landing speeds versus gross weight:

So for example, for a gross weight of 35,000 pounds, you would need to maintain 143 knots with an AOA of 8 degrees (full flaps) to land properly. If your gross weight were 40,000 pounds, you would need to maintain approximately 153 knots.

The stick should only be used to make minor corrections.
