But Umberto also says in the manual, and has reiterated a couple times in the FSDT forums, that SU10 is adding a feature in the SDK that allows 3rd party utilities to read info from encrypted Marketplace airports, which GSX will take advantage of when it’s available.

for some reason it automatically opens the over wing emergency exits as a part of the boarding process, anyone with similar issue?

On the Fenix, how do I coordinate refuelling by GSX with the loading aircrat via the EFB? EGB loads the fuel as well and by the time truck arrives there is little refuleing to be done.
As a result, it connects and the disconnects with the fuel tank in a matter of a minute.
As I do on the Fenix:
- Power on aircraft
- Request boarding to GSX
- Request refueling to GSX
- Set simrate to 2x (via MCDU - MAINT)
- DO NOT USE THE EFB to Load Aircraft (YET)
- Once boarding of PAX and luggage is complete, fuel truck arrives
- When prompted by GSX, use the EFB and Load Aircraft (I use “Instant” time)
- When fueling is done (will take a few seconds), set simrate back to 1x
- Request push back to GSX
Of course, intermingled with 1) to 9) above, the usual aircraft prep will be done (INIT, FLT-PLN, PERF, etc. etc.) plus lights, APU start…
Not optimum, but this manages to keep the total pre-flight time to ca. 20 minutes, and still shows all the nice GSX animations

Thanks for setting out that sequence. However, in reality, wouldn’t fuelling normally be done before passengers board, or at least be underway? If you request fuelling first, and then boarding in GSX, once the boarding process finishes, GSX seems to automatically call for another refuelling, which is a little annoying…
Yes, based on my experience IRL (as passenger), you fuel first, you board passengers (often while still fueling) and finally the luggage is loaded. But in GSX you cannot decouple passenger boarding from luggage loading (I think), and the fuel truck is at the same side as the baggage loaders, so it seems to be be impossible to board PAX and to fuel at the same time.
I will try again to start with fueling, and then boarding, but in GSX this does not seem to make a lot of sense (crew boards immediately before passengers), so this means fueling is done without any virtual crew in the plane LOL
Do you used GSX at a marketplace airport?? GSX can’t read it yet due to DRM. in other airports it works great. So no, what happened to you weren’t bugs.
However, GSX has a couple of annoying bugs they have to fix.
Lost all interest in GSX now, for 30 odd GBP it should work straight out the box. End off no faving about with different airport profiles and yes there is bugs!

Just landed at JFK in the 738. Everything works as it should except for the occasional passenger showing up outside of the jetway. This looks pretty cool in action.
Just checked the following workflow with the Fenix, worked with me:

The whole sequence of events worked fine. It is just weird to have the crew board the plane after fueling. They should decouple crew boarding from PAX boarding in the menu…
For the rest, I think GSX is a brilliant idea, which may get better over time if they iron the bugs and they change their crazy UI (menu self-closing)

So I’ve purchased GSX only to be greeted with this message everytime I’ve gone to any airport and aircraft. It just won’t load??

I have exactly the same problem. I read the FSDT forum, tried various recommendations, reinstalled, but nothing helped. I updated via live update, I used offline updates - nothing helped. I still have it written like GAZ340 “there are no parking available at this Airport” at all airports

The live update for me crashes. It gets through to 1 of 37 updates, but then just crashes and disapears
That’s weirdly normal. The 1 of 37 is the list of their products installed, with GSX as #1 and when it’s done it just closes, looking like it crashed.

Bought it on release, uninstalled it a couple of times trying to get it to work. Left it in an uninstalled state, tried to install it again last week to see if it was in a better place, can’t activate it. Logged a “support ticket” no answer for a week, no acknowledgement, nothing.
Wish I’d never purchased it.
That’s because you clicked the MSFS logo icon which had a text “Click here to HIDE products”, but now it shows Products are Hidden.
Problem still exists even after a reinstall. 3 screenshots of 3 stock aircraft at 3 different airports (EGLL, YSSY & OMDB) . Cant access help on forum as i’m still waiting to be approved. A Joke this product
I do see this sometimes but the menu has always offered to make one available by removing the ai airplane.
I also get a problem with gsx sometimes thinking a medium size gate / parking is too small for the fenix - even though it seems more than adequate! But again gsx will move you to one it is happy with.
