Yeah, it’s an invite from forum staff. I guess you have to get noticed as doing good things for the community, good behaviour etc.

Trust Level 3 - Trusted Member

TL3 will be handpicked by the Community Team and will include the following additional privileges:

  • Create a wiki
  • Edit wiki posts
  • Create polls
  • Access to a special TL3 Lounge both in the Forums and on Discord

Should I feel glum that I’m not good enough to have been hand picked?

nope. i been coming here for a while and i think i’m only a TL2 still. Mainly because i am apt to setting fires on the forums…

Well, Regular or not, I’m still going to pour insane amounts of time and effort into beta testing this sim and trying to be a helpful part of this community.

I know what I’ve done. That should be enough.

Given the amount of effort and detail you put into testing the extended loading times/CTD issues in the first half of SU13 testing, if that’s not enough to get “hand picked” I don’t know what is. Bravo.

It would be encouraging, and a way to share knowledge & information in the community, if Lower Trust Level members could at least have READ permissions to the “TL3 Lounge both in the Forums and on Discord”.

It seems the current case is that the Privileged, “Hand Picked” members have access to information that would benefit all, and others are being left in the dark .

Ie No Forum member left behind …

Why does one have to have a high TL3 “trust level” to be Trusted to READ information. ?
The TRUST should maybe in the ability to comment on or write new information, in a TRUSTED way.

This isn’t the Illuminati, folks :joy:

It’s a few members who mostly chat about very random things and occasionally escalate concerns or help flag threads that need help in one way or another. Maybe call it “Junior Moderators” :slight_smile:

You’re not missing out on some secret knowledge, trust me.
