I think we all share the frustration that bugs of this nature cause. But to be fair mistakes happen. No one is perfect. What really matters is how developers and publishers respond to bugs when they are discovered.
I think that the least we should expect from Microsoft/Asobo is an acknowledgement here that they not only recognize that a new bug has unfortunately been introduced but that they are looking into it and will update us within a specified timeframe regarding their plans to address the bug.
Bugs are not always easy to fix, if you take the codebase for MSFS, Windows, Xbox, Gaming Services etc. you’re looking at millions maybe tens of millions of lines of code. So, I don’t expect a fix overnight, but I do expect at the very least a comment here from the developers on what is being done to set things right and maybe some additional comment on some of the workarounds that many community members have put a lot of personal time and effort into developing and sharing.
So, come on MS and Asobo how about engaging with your community on this??
