On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being best), how do you rate your Overall Enjoyment of this aircraft?
I’d love to use the feedback, but the Fokker VII I had in FS2020 is (still) not present in my FS2024. I’ll patiently wait until it arrives, and I realize it is not a fast aircraft
At least it appears your MSFS2024 recognizes it should have the Fokker Fvii. After several attempts of uninstalling and re-installing both MSFS2020, and MSFS2024 from scratch, and several zendesk tickets, I give up on the Fokker F.vii, which I had looked forward to in MSFS2024 (amongst others to continue my reenactment journey from Amsterdam - Jakarta). My last hope is a functioning market place in MSFS2024, where my expectation will be that I can freely download the Fokker f.vii.
So, just took it for a flight. Started Cold and Dark ok. But, I had to slew to get it to move, it stayed stuck. The Chocks are not 2024 based (not surprised). No combination of brakes commands allowed it to get moving until I slewed. The turn indicator appears to be pretty broken, though, I can’t say I’m familiar with this style. Be that as it may, even if it is supposed to go backwards to the way a turn indicator works, it shouldn’t suddenly switch sides when you run it to the end, at least, I wouldn’t imagine that’s how it would work in real life.
Pretty under powered, but, I imagine that’s real? It had a tough time climbing at full power, and, eventually, it just started to sink at full power, which is pretty funny. But, I’m not really saying anything about the flight model, as I’m completely unfamiliar with the plane. I don’t own it in 2020 so I can’t try it there.
It appears that only the aviator version contains the Fokker F.vii. Those that have other editions of MSFS2024 do not, even though you may have owned it in MSFS2020 (as I did).
I really do not understand why this can’t be fixed, it was not a third party addition but one of the local legends by Asobo/MS and, for what I know the Fokker F.vii is still ABSENT from MSFS2024. I login almost daily to check whether anything has change but with no avail
I am even willing upgrading to the aviator version, but I do not want to pay the full price for this, but only the difference in price with my current version. I haven’t found whether this was possible.
If I were to guess, it’s because the Marketplace has not yet been turned on, and therefore, they can’t access the licenses tied to the Marketplace for some planes??
I know that’s not totally true, because all the Carenado aircraft I purchased through the MP are in my library. Thankfully, they’re pretty much the only aircraft I purchased through the MP, yet another reason why…
I agree, it’s been 2 months and constant complaints/comments from people who can’t access their aircraft but some can… you’re right that it doesn’t make sense.
I can access and fly ALL other aircraft availiable in the Aviator edition except this one aircraft. It is totally unselectable. This point has been raised in barious threads but as started above MS/Asobo dont listen.
They still assume everything works for everyone aswell as it does for them.
I wont list the issues im having with 24 here as this isnt the place, but no access to this Fokker is one of them
Hi, The same with me. It is present in the One-Store of 2020, but it is not showing up in my 2025 Library. All other One-store 2020 aircraft are working well. I tried to copy it intor the Community-folder and also in the new 2024 One-Store, but both efforts had no su7ccess.
I wonder wether Asobo or Microsoft are actually reading these posts as up till now I did not see any reaction from them although they promise to watch the forum.

I sent several requests to Zendesk and they eventually, after I reluctantly began raising my voice, appeared to be able to fix it. Now I do have the Fokker F.vii in my library as I had expected from release date. Why they can’t seem to do this globally for all that are lacking this aircraft or others is a mystery to me.
this plane really needs a complete remake or something soon, i heard the ms team had plans for it so i hope we’ll hear about something on the way but i cant recommend it in good faith while basic flight instruments like the compass are either broken or just very sloppily modelled in 4 out of 5 of the versions offered
update hit a lot of my biggest gripes seem to have been adressed and improved upon. the fm feels a lot better now, the plane doesn’t blow through top speed in level flight like it used to and i want to say takeoffs, landings and general flying feels much nicer overall now. wheel chocks are back, new versions with a new cockpit style and new options have been added which is very neat and come with a usable compass for some of the old F.VIIs among other welcome changes
overall feels like a good step in the right direction, the F.VIIa/1m and the early F.VIIb/3m have benefitted from some of the new changes as well but haven’t gotten as big of a pass as the others so hopefully we get more tweaks and their time comes eventually. would love to see this package turn into something that’s really worthwhile
