Hello Ali, (TubbySlinky) Welcome to MSFS 2020.
Hello,
Iām new here, but not that new to MSFS. I startet in the 80s and stoppt simming b/c lack of time in 2000s. Now Iām retired and have FS9 and FS2020. But my PC is too old for the latest edition, so Iām planning a new PC.
My home is EDDH and English is not my motherās tongue. So please excuse my poor English in case it sound outlandish, bc it is.
Regards, Andy
Hello Andy.
Welcome to MSFS 2020. I also started with FS 95. Using XBox X. Thrustmaster HOTAS One, Controller and Mouse.
Also retired. Fly out of PAJN, home town.
Rich
Greetings, you can call me Brad. Iām in Summerland, BC (Canada) flying out of CYYF and/or CYLW.
I am running MSFS 2020 on a custom AMD PC (Win10), NVidia 1650 with 3 x 27-inch 1440p monitors.
Iāve been simming since FS v3.0. I have flown a Learjet round the world, east to west, in FS 5.1. At one time, had a full CH yoke, throttle, rudder package. Gave up that gear when I moved from Ontario to BC. Ended up on FSX for quite awhile, most recently flying the Orbx Lancair IV-P (nice plane).
This summer (2023) decided to finally upgrade to MSFS 2020. Also bought some new equipment: WinWing HOTAS (Orion 2 F-18 throttle and Orion 2 F-16 stick). The WinWing equipment is quite impressive, but alas no bindings for MSFS. So I have Axis and Ohs to help me figure out and managed the bindings. I also acquired a used CH Rudder on eBay.
Iām enjoying MSFS 2020 ā the visuals are very nice. Many improvements over FSX.
For aircraft, I am flying the Orbx Blackwing BW635RG.
Iām most interested in learning about binding my WinWing peripherals to MSFS. In particular, Iām having trouble mapping some of the switches to engage ALT and HDG lock. Iād be happy to learn and share with other WinWing users out there.
Cheers and happy flying!
Hi, you can call me: SoughtOrc595210
I am playing Microsoft Flight Simulator on: PC
I played years ago and I am now retired and have rediscovered F-SIM. I have been playing FSX for a couple of months and I just updated my PC and started with the new version just this week. I love the improved graphics and even though the keybindings are all different which worried me, I have found I am adapting to them well and actually prefer the new setups.
Good morning Brad.
Welcome to MSFS 2020. Iām on XBox X. Using Thrustmaster HOTAS One, Controller and Mouse.
Retired, on most days. Live in Alaska. Fly out of PAJN.

I am running a Lenovo Legion I7 32ram, 2 TB HD, Nvidia vid card, pretty much on the computer 20 hours per day and sometimes up for a couple of days straight gaming, sometimes even falling asleep while playing which when I awake it is not a pretty site; but I am the kind of person that when i start something I tend to complete it without stopping, maybe its an age thing⦠I am 55 and trying to live my life as much as possible, I guess I will sleep when I am dead⦠LOLā¦

Good evening,
Been playing MSFS for about a year but thought it was time I got more involved in the community. I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 3060, 16gb RAM. Currently im using controller and mouse but I just bought the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas thatāll come in the next couple of days.
Iāve never played any previous flight sim games, however after I developed an obsession with airplanes within the last few years, I thought I might as well try this game since it was with the Xbox Game Pass and eventually, I bought the game itself.
I mostly fly airliners, so A320 (sometimes the flybywire version) and B787. However im probably gonna try some other planes soon. I fly out of EGBB or sometimes EGLL

Iām ājamā and have just joined Flight sim forum. Iām running MFS X on PC with āPro flight yokeā just recently received āfoot pedalsā. I will have to modify them for the brake operation as I have had a stroke as my left leg canāt work properly.
It is nice to have other members can answer questions that may come up when reading books on āMicrosoft Flight Simulatorā.
