Haven’t got it, it looks pretty good, but I think i’ll wait for a few updates before committing. I’m seeing a few issues here and there online …
what sort of issues have you noticed? i’ve also been looking for these sorts of things in order to decide if I want to buy this or the 777

So with the full release now, do the collectors have the ER variant? Last download I had only had the passenger and freighter variants like normal, not the ER variant exclusive to collectors.
Yes, it’s nothing special, just an extra option in EFB. May be some minor model difference which is loaded in dynamically.
Oh… That is why I didn’t see it. I expected a full plane, not an option on the EFB
I have the ITVV video and owned the pmdg md-11. The TFDi MD-11 seems to be ok but from the videos I have watched it looks like a class of 1st grader’s were eating their lunch in the cockpit.

good info. when you say detailed what do you mean exactly? graphical fidelity and features, or flight characteristic?
If you want to choose between the MD-11 and the 777 I’d rather say you should pick the aircraft you like the most. They are quite different after all, I cannot say which one is more complete because I only own the MD-11 and I am not familiar enough with it to really make an assessment yet.
I’ve been wanting a really nice tri-jet for a while and that’s why I chose the MD-11 over the 777. Its more quirky, a bit funky and therefore cooler in my opinion.
Oh and everyone here thinks they are an expert on everything so I would take any comment with a pinch of salt ^^ Best of luck.

yeah the 3 engine layout is really cool and different. i would love to have both, but at that incredible price tag we gotta narrow it down to 1 for the moment. it’s a hard choice. i’m really nitpicky when it comes to graphical fidelity and texture work, so a lot of the times that is the deciding factor in my decision. from what I’ve read the MD-11 isn’t quite up to $70 MSFS standard yet, so i may lean 777. but hard to tell from youtube videos and screenshots
Did enyone downloaded FedEx livery from TFDi site?
I’ve downloaded that livery and when I load a flight, no cockpit, nothing. Just empty shell.
I downloaded FedEx and Aeroflot liveries from flightsim.to and they working.
There is a cockpit color change to black/grey color on flightsim.to for free for 777. It is nicer than the brown
color.

Anyone know how to hide / lower the yokes in the cockpit so they’re out of view?
After you have generated the flight plan in simbrief how do you export it to the TFDI MD11 ?
There isn’t a TFDI MD11 in the simbrief downloader tool.
Am not very experienced with simbrief.

I was also under the impression that there is only a GE Version at the moment at hand. That the PW Version comes later?
