What did you do in MSFS today? (Part 1)

Remember, you cannot fly faster than 55 MPH over California!

It’s funny I never liked the state of California that much so I always avoided it whenever possible in any game

Dont sink! Dont sink! Dont sink! Dont sink!

Flying NF missions around the LA area. Getting used to night flying, beginning to toy with ILS. Working on descent timing. Scored a -31fps touchdown!

I really like your ATS idea. I may plan something accordingly. Thanks for the inspiration.

I took the B772 for a little domestic flight in Japan.

Top rudder 103 take off and landings LFMP, having coffee and enjoying the view now..

Flew storm Eunice!
STORM EUNICE LANDING

My first flight of the day: SEA - BOS
Delta A20N DL518

Then I’ll continue onto SLCas my second flight

Was checking out the new sunroof on my plane:

And then might of flew a little to North on the Korean Peninsula:

Today I did a short VFR flight over the east part of the Grand Canyon in the Kodiak. As always in VR and with Live-Weather. Starting from KGCN Rwy 21 in the early morning right before sunrise.

Climbing to the VFR Waypoint VPGCH to enter the Zuni Point Corridor:

Set power at cruising altitude of 13500 ft flying through the Zuni Point Corridor northbound:

Magnificent sunrise in the east under the right wing:

Sun and moon both visible in the sky now:

Beautiful morning colours:

Flying through the Dragon Corridor southbound now at 12500 ft:

On descent to enter the traffic pattern at KGCN:

I flew from the Gold Coast up just north of Brisbane in the C152:

Short flight from Newcastle down to Bristol

Adding the TM hotas/pedals to my V1 tonight, although the hotas will just sit on the shelf as a pedal server. I fly a lot of tail draggers and float planes and am looking forward to the additional control. Not sure what to do with the extra buttons and triggers on the yoke though… Just got sick of convoluted motions every time I wanted to taxi to the right with the yoke(no more using my pinky on the vernier throttle…) When TB comes out with pedals I’ll just sell the set off.

Tried to see what the storm over Europe was like. But Live Weather seems to be out of order today.

It was quite a relaxing flight for 23 kts winds, gusting 33 kts - 43 kts … and not a cloud in sight.

I wish it would just tell us “did not get any weather”.

How did u get the tui on ai ???

Just learned there is a daily live weather outage from 23:00 to 00:12 UTC. Or so it seems from this thread: Perpetual Incorrect or Missing Live Weather Before and After SU7 - #68 by TheSevenflyer

That explains my issue. It’s back now, with something much different from CAVOK:

Leaving Oxnard CA. Headed inland for cargo drop.

Santa Clarita, passing over Magic Mountain.

Flew the twin Otter to Kingman Arizona next stop San Diego

Its not AI its a static aircraft that come with the airport add on
