Finally got my feet wet in Vatsim: I looked around where is a tower online, preferably with little trafic and found Malé intl (VRMM)
Made a practice flight first, then logged on to Vatsim and found the tower is really up and responding. So I did 2 VRF circuits: 1 touch and go, 1 full stop. I was so nervous I almost stalled on the first base leg, then almost crashed on my first landing 
Anyhow I managed to survive it, Malé and its proximity is an awesome place and if the ATC officer would ever see this post, a big thank you for your service!

Brazil today. I bought the excellent SBRJ-Santos Dumont by Paulo Ricardo (on sale now at Simmarket), and did a flight to SBEG-Goiania (FSoares at flightsim.to) .

My 737 is currently grounded because the weather conditions on the 55. degree of latitude are worsening. Probably staying overnight is necessary that´s why I ordered an air condition vehicle and a power supply vehicle.
Looks like it will be a gaming night while the 737 is grounded. Nothing new for a 737 of course - but for me 
but luckily my high end gaming notebook with caramel capuchino and nougat croissants are waiting.
The cockpit can stay like this overnight…

Flew a thrilling approach in to Bergen where I landed with ATC in Vatsim for the very first time. Rain, fog, night and low visibility and knowing that Tower waiting for you to break the clouds - getting clearance at 10 miles. The adrenaline was so high after the landing.
