From Oshawa On, Canada, to Waterloo Regional. Beautiful overcast represented this morning.
Thanks for sharing Bora Bora mountain correction.
I am glad you are interested in glider.
To fly a glider well, it is important to stabilize the speed.
Pitch control of the aircraft is very important for this.
In MSFS, updrafts tend to occur on mountain slopes.
When you find an updraft, soar at a constant rate of turn so as not to change speed in it.
If you improve, you can even cross the Alps.
I do very much appreciate the tips. I need every one of them
And you’re very welcome!!!
I was quite busy last week, but today I found some time to fly. And it was also good weather in Alaska, so I could continue my trip around Pacific in DC-3 in real weather. Today I landed at star airport of Valdez.

Enjoy the views of a flight in the Southern French Alps from Altisurface de Valberg to Isola 2000, France – if you can spot the airstrips from departure to arrival!
Real-weather, real-time
An early morning flight from Sondrio Ciaolo Airport, Italy to Lugano, Switzerland, through scenic views of Como Lake, Mizzola Lake, Maggiore Lake, Locarno… and more – in real-weather, real-time.

Today, I spend about two hours doing aerobatics in the new SIAI-Marchetti SF-260 above Headcorn and Little Gransden. It’s a fantastic aircraft and I had an absolute blast. For the most part it’s quite easy to fly, but it can get a bit tricky when doing spins or hammerhead turns.
After about 1,5 hours I decided to try an aerobatic display and film it. The first half of the video is mostly out of the cockpit view and the second half is from the ground to add a little airshow atmosphere.
I purchased a used an abused A2A Comanche and flew it in the Alps. The Failure and wearrate were maxed out ![]()
LEAL - LEMI with the Piper Turbo Arrow III from Just Flight
Short 30 min flight, VFR navigation via some mountains. To make it more interesting shut the engine off for a forced landing at LEMI.
That forced landing was interesting, as I noticed (too late) that my trim settings did not gave me sufficient authority over the elevator, so just before landing I could not actually flare. Noticed just in time to catch it with the trim but that made me go up again. In the end I had a soft landing.
Also been trying out my self made checklist:
Tested the PMDG 737 600 short field capability’s by flying from Cleveland international to Wayne County Airport
Recently started my “World Tour”.
Started from my home base of Brussels, on-wards to Faro and then to Agadir.
First continent to circumnavigate is Africa. Lets see how it goes! (considering work, children, sleep, etc)
Cheers,
Nish

very long, ocean-filled flight, PMDY - PWAK. Had to add fuel along the way as the model does not reflect the actual range of the DC-3. Livery was cool, but wish a generic one existed.
Barely made the take-off from Banff, AB, Canada CYBA. My poor virtual passengers as I just about scrapped the trees. On route to Kelowna, pics go as far as Kamloops. Holy mother of beautiful mountains!
And then I switched to Xenviro… nope
Yup Live weather again
