Today I finished the last leg of the Northern Adriatic bushtrip (WU14). Here are some impressions of the whole trip:
Lighthouse Porer (I was chased by rain clouds!)
Flying under KrK bridge:
Beautiful beaches at Rogoznica:
Fun in the valleys:
But attention, there are a lot of power lines:
I left a lot of time for sightseeing over Split, so on the last leg of the trip an overnight stop was made on the shore of Lake Busko:
Sarajevo:
Did the same thing today, in Blackbird’s PC-6 Porter
Flight from EHBK to EDCG. Was a full length landing because of the obstacle trees just before runway 9.

Tried the freeware Catalina and was mostly pleasantly surprised. AP is wonky, but works with TLC. Finally tried out the carrier freeware in the area, painstakingly made by Jayshrike. Hope Aerosoft or someone makes the Cat for real.
Flew the PMDG 737 600 from Cleavland Ohio to Saint Louis international airport
I was practicing my landings, and I’m pretty sure not many people do it this way (correct me if I’m wrong ), so I thought why not recorded and share it.

JPL C152 KPAE to KTIW on a lovely colorful evening.
Very, VERY colorful.
A nice backdrop for Wheelie McWheelpants, a snazzy ride.
Just enjoying the sunset.
Cleared straight in on RWY 17 at Tacoma Narrows.
A good solid landing.
Stayed in the pattern for a bit of practice.
Tacoma spares no expense in staffing, I had a crew of two to wave me into GA parking! This place gets four stars. Would land again!! The Orbx KTIW package is really nice to look at as well.
Happy Aviating!!!
A trip I do often, but man. What nice weather yesterday evening. Billy Bishop to London, Ontario
EDIT: I should add. I love that the clouds block the sun. Was a lot of gripes on that subject in the past I remember.
