Flew around low and slow around Oslo

While air hauling for my small company Oceanside Logistics Ltd., one of the jobs took me to this very nice airstrip near Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge (default scenery)

Took the A20N and about 150 passengers from Split (LDSP) to Bratislava (LZIB):

I found a procedure list similar to GA checklists on flightsim.to and used it for the flight, it was a really big help

I edited the Airspeed Indicator in the JustFlight Piper Arrow III to MILES PER HOUR (as God intended it) by editing the .DDS file with a photo of my own Arrow’s gauge.

Finally, no more “knots to MPH” mental math while I’m flying approaches!!!

Attempted to remedy yesterday’s bad landing at Gatwick with the HondaJet, but to no avail

I started Haiti & Dominican rep bush-trip in WB-Sim C172 in real weather: MDBH :airplane: MTPP :airplane: MTCH
Compared to previous trip in California with no winds early morning, this trip was much windier and bumpier. Navigation was easy. 1st leg was just flying along valley with large lakes. And the 2nd leg was just following the road. Although according to Little Navmap I breached some restricted namespaces.

Arriving to Port-au Prince I was surprised by some fog. However, visibility was higher than 3 miles, so I continued.

And when I was departing the fog was gone.

I found a POI. And there was fog in Cap-Haïtien too. And this was slightly worse, visibility about 3 miles. Luckily no traffic in the area. Still managed to have nice landing. And just after landing there was airliner departing.

With so little success in the HondaJet I swapped to the Longitude at Gatwick (EGKK) and flew it to Nice (LFMN):

Continuation of the Haiti & Dominican Republic Bush Trip.

After an overnight stop at Cap Haitien Intl., headed out to Cibao Intl. This bush flight uses live weather, so the skies were clear today, but turbulent. Unfortunately, no METAR data was available, so I could not determine the best altitude for the flight.

En route to Cibao. Clouds forming along the coast:

Cibao approach:

En route to El Catey:

El Catey Intl. No firetrucks or buses on the runway or taxiways, thankfully:

Flew the FBW A320N from London Luton (EGGW) to Berlin Brandenburg (EDDB):

Though Berlin has ILS I decided to go for the RNP which the FBW cannot yet do, so instead I tried to do the final approach on FPA mode. Came in a bit low, but despite the low low clouds I was able to see the runway well before reaching LNAV/VNAV minimums.

Just behind you @SmotheryVase665. Same 2 legs of Haiti & Dominican Republic bush-trip, but in WB-Sim C172: MTCH :airplane: MDST :airplane: MDCY
Yes, clear sky today, but quite windy. Had about 15kn crosswind and 15kn tailwind at 5500ft altitude. Btw, METAR does not tell you winds at altitude. For that I use https://www.meteoblue.com/

Just as I departed from Cap Haitien, there was arriving UPS with visual approach. I could see it landing from distance. Unfortunately, at Cibao a departing traffic was not fast enough and I had to go around. And the landings were not my best. I flared a bit too much. Nothing dangerous, but not smooth.

From Toronto to Nova Scotia, for those who don’t know Nova Scotia got hit with a rather massive snowstorm over the last day or so. I wanted to see with live weather turned on if the snow would be visible or not… I completely missed the runway with the weather system that’s coming down on the province.

For any of my fellow aviators who live in that province, hope your staying safe and warm.

Budapest (LHBP) to Venice (LIPZ) in the Longitude:

I forgot to make screenshots on final approach, or at the parking spot.

It was a nice flight, too bad Padova radar logged off about half an hour before I landed.
