Did they purchase from MSStore or from a third party vendor?

I preordered the sim almost 48 hours ago and no sign of the plane yet. I have FS2020 in steam. If it is not possible to get the plane in the steam version as suggested some posts above why is this not mentioned when buying? The CL415 is the sole reason I preordered the sim, could have saved the 140 bucks for november…
You purchased the MSStore version. The Steam pre-order does not release until next week.
If you had FS2020 installed from the MSStore you would see the aircraft.
Msstore and Steam purchases have never been transferable between platforms.

Purchased via my phone through the Xbox site 2 days ago. Instantly received email. Shows my purchased version on the Xbox marketplace. Downloaded version so it’s on my Xbox under games. Still no plane……
